King’s Lynn business set to help local companies flourish

West Norfolk companies looking to create a confident, happy workplace culture that helps boost productivity despite the Covid-19 pandemic can now get expert help from a new business-to business service launching in Lynn.

Nurture Consultancy has been set-up by Leanne Bercyz a former director at local financial services company Ring Associates with a mission to help businesses flourish and succeed.

Specialising in culture development, business development and personal development, the new service helps organisations create motivated and productive workplaces that are good for both employers and employees.

Mrs Bercyz, director, said: “Company culture is arguably one of the most important factors for any organisation to perform at its best, and after the impact of Covid-19 on not only businesses but also the mental health of the UK, its importance is only increasing.

“Times have been really hard for organisations over the last 18 months with the pandemic, and knowing how to bounce back from this can be daunting without the right expertise.

“Many organisations think sales and marketing is the key to growth, and while it’s important, I’ve always believed it’s the people that are most important.

Nurture Consultancy offers one-to-one and group coaching, training events, workshops and talks, strategic advice, change management, help setting a company vision, performance reviews, behavioural data, business planning, project management and operational support.

Prior to creating Nurture Consultancy, Mrs Bercyz spent 12 years working in the financial services sector and played an integral role in cultivating a company culture which ensured employees felt happy and were engaged in their work.

Since 2020 she has also been a licensed Mindspan coach and trainer, supporting individuals within businesses to grow and develop their thinking by making use of more than 20 psychological techniques that foster workplace success.
