Tomorrow sees the opening of a new shop in Lynn’s Vancouver Quarter which is set to draw the crowds to try out its tasty offerings.

BB’s Coffee and Muffins opens its doors for business at 7am and local radio station KLFM will be broadcasting live from the store during the day.

The Lynn restaurant is the latest to be opened by the chain which already has 36 outlets in the UK, two being in Norwich.

Senior operations manager Jo Garfoot said: “BB’s is rapidly expanding, particularly in this area. Lynn is a fantastic town and we are sure people here will love our product.

“We have a secret muffin mix recipe and every single muffin is hand made on site and all are made fresh daily. There are over 200 different flavours and we have just launched a gluten-free product too.”

In addition to muffins, the shop also sells sandwiches, baguettes, paninis and ice creams.

The 75-seater restaurant has been created from the shell of shop having undergone a refurbishment of £160,000.

It has free Wi Fi and also features a “snug” meeting place at the rear of the store. Its opening has led to the creation of ten new jobs.

It will open from 7am to 7pm from Monday to Saturday and from 9am to 5pm on Sundays.

During the launch tomorrow, special KLFM fruit-based muffins will be sold with a donation of 25p from each sale going to one of the radio station’s charities.
