Plans for the third phase of a controversial development has been lodged.
Elm Park Holdings has applied to build nine homes on former Fosters Sports Ground, Ferry Road, Clenchwarton.
Last year, a planning inspector over-ruled West Norfolk Council’s decision to refuse the developer permission to build 40 homes on the site.
The council went onto a lose a High Court challenge in July last year.
A planning inspector had previously ruled the project could go ahead because he did not feel the council could demonstrate that it had a five year supply of deliverable housing.
But the authority argued in court that the planning inspector had made a mistake when calculating the housing need in the area.
It claimed that the inspector had wrongly decided that the housing need was greater than needed.
The last application was lodged by the Isle of Man company earlier this month.
