Hyundai’s first car showroom is due to open on Lynn’s Hardwick Industrial Estate.
Roche Chartered Surveyors have successfully concluded the letting of the former Economy Windows premises in Scania Way to Read Hyundai.
The premises comprise two buildings providing showroom, office and workshop accommodation totalling 9,500 sq ft. The property is located in a prime out-of-town retail and showroom area with the Renault, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Land Rover and BMW motor dealerships all in close proximity.
Graham Jones, of Roche Chartered Surveyors, said: “This is Hyundai’s first foray into Lynn which reflects the growing presence of the town within Norfolk and its strong accessibility due to the A47, A10 and A17 road links.
“The premises attracted a healthy level of interest but it was always anticipated that the best occupier would be a motor dealership. Read Motor Group already has two Hyundai dealerships on the east coast, one in Grimsby and one in Lincoln, and it was great to learn that Lynn was a key target location for their expansion.”
