Lynn digital marketing agency To The End has been shortlisted in an international competition which attracts hundreds of entries from leading search and digital agencies across Europe.
The agency, which has offices in Tuesday Market Place and Shoreditch, London, is named in the top ten in the European Search Awards for best use of search in a PR campaign.
It worked with Norwich-based search agency, Further, to deliver the world’s first driverless car insurance policy for East Winch broker Adrian Flux.
This is the first time To The End has been shortlisted for a European award and managing partner Nicola Bray is delighted. She said: “We’re thrilled that this innovative approach to gaining sustained search benefits, and coverage, has been recognised.
“We’re particularly pleased that we were able to show that this campaign drove improvements in search position and traffic, even on terms with commercial intent that were in no way related to driverless cars, which clearly demonstrates the tangible value that can be delivered through content marketing projects.”
The driverless car project generated more than 200 pieces of branded coverage, reaching an estimated 12 billion readers.
The story tapped into the buzz surrounding autonomous vehicles and was covered in media across the world and, as a result of the campaign, Adrian Flux now sits on a national panel looking into the future of insurance in a driverless world.
The initial PR success has been supplemented by a continued focus on driverless cars as the autonomous vehicle revolution looms closer.
The awards will be held in Poland on April 27.
