Staff at Ward Gethin Archer used muscle power to help raise funds for Scotty’s Little Soldiers.
They took up the #DropAndGiveMe10 challenge to support the charity which helps children who have lost a parent serving in the British Armed Forces. Nikki Scott, who founded the charity in 2010, went along to the solicitors’ offices at Regis Place, North Lynn, and cheered on IT consultant Simon Adams and partners in the firm Simon Wilson and Cameron Green. They each dropped down and gave ten push ups while being recorded. Nominations followed to staff at their Ely branch who accepted the challenge and donations were made by texting DAGM10 and donating £5 to 70070. Nikki said: “We currently support 212 children in the UK and we hope that with the help of Ward Gethin Archer nominating us as their charity of the year and taking part in this challenge, we can jointly raise awareness of Scotty’s and raise more money to help the children we support.” For more information about the charity visit www.scottyslittlesoldiers.co.uk
