Manufacturing measures reviewed by dedicated club in King’s Lynn

Tackling the challenges of implementing improvements in manufacturing was up for debate at the February meeting of the West Norfolk Manufacturing Excellence Club.

David Allen, business improvement leader at Bespak, led the debate attended by representatives from local business including Bespak, Cooper Roller Bearings, Pinguin Foods, Disco Drives, Anglian Chemicals and ExaClair.

WNMEC is a self-help group for sharing best practice in achieving business performance improvement in the manufacturing sector of West Norfolk. The group is facilitated by the Manufacturing Advisory Service, business advisers WLP and West Norfolk Council. Membership is open to manufacturing and food businesses in West Norfolk.
