A listed building which currently plays host to a café is set to be auctioned off next month.
The property, home to Taylor’s Café on Oak Street in Fakenham, will go under the hammer at 11am on December 11.
Auction House East Anglia is listing it with a guide price of between £170,000-£190,000, plus fees.
The building, which is Grade II-listed, is also made up of a maisonette, with auctioneers describing it as a “mixed use investment opportunity”.
The one-bedroom maisonette is in “good decorative order”, and is currently let to a “long established tenant” who has lived there for more than five years.
The auction will be livestreamed, and people can phone 01603 505100 to arrange a viewing beforehand.
