Car badly vandalised in King's Lynn supermarket car park

A driver who left his vehicle in the car park of Morrisons in Coburg Street, Lynn, returned the next day to find it smashed up.

A tweet on the King's Lynn Police Twitter account showed a picture of the red Honda Jazz badly damaged.

It said the car had broken down and needed to be left in the car park last Monday.

The owner returned the following morning to find its windows smashed, wing mirrors ripped off and its number plate gone.

The police are asking for any witnesses to contact PC Pete Richeda on 101 quoting investigation 36/96038/21
