Residents of park homes, park home site owners, and anyone living in residential caravans are being invited to take part in a consultation about site licensing conditions.
Sheila Farley, housing services operations manager, said: “There have been a number of legislative changes in recent years in relation to residential caravans and park homes. These include introducing the ability for councils to charge fees for site licensing as well as being able to take action where site standards are poor. In relations to park homes there are also changes in respect of pitch fees, sales and site rules.”
Information can be found on the council’s website at www.west-norfolk.gov.uk/haveyoursay. The consultation closes on May 22.
