Girl, 12, has 23 inches of hair chopped off at Swaffham's Zoe Hair Design and donates it to Little Princess Trust




A 12-year-old girl has had a staggering 23 inches of hair cut off for charity.

Carly Funnell is donating her locks to the Little Princess Trust, a charity that helps children and young people who have cancer, after her haircut at Swaffham's Zoe Hair Design.

Carly’s hair will be used to make a wig for somebody who have lost their own hair through cancer.

Her mum Rachael said: “Originally, Carly just wanted to have a haircut, but then we thought she should donate her hair and raise some money too.”

As well as donating her hair, Carly has raised a total of £1,109 for the Little Princess Trust through a GoFundMe page and a sponsor form.
