Charges dropped against Tilney Cum Islington man Thomas Nicol

A man who was accused of three offences earlier this year has since had all charges dropped.

Tomas Nicol, 37, of High Road in Tilney Cum Islington, appeared at Lynn’s Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, March 30 and pleaded not guilty to assaulting an emergency worker, being drunk and disorderly in a public place and the assault of a police constable with intent to resist arrest.

The case was then sent to trial for August 8 and Mr Nicol was released on unconditional bail. But before the trial, all charges were dismissed.
