The sport of footgolf is to be introduced at Hunstanton.
Fusing football and golf, footgolf is played with a size 5 football. The aim of the game is to get the football into the hole in as few shots as possible, using only the feet to manoeuvre it.
Today children from local schools will try out the nine-hole course on the cliff top at the pitch-and-putt on Golf Course Road.
The course will be open from 10am-5pm until the end of October. No particular equipment is required, although studded boots or shoes are not permitted on the course. It costs £4.20 for adults and £3.35 for children per game.
David Morton, resort manager, said: “Footgolf is becoming really popular so we were keen to be able to add it to our existing facilities.”
