King's Lynn Auto Windscreens Mobile Technician through to company's national final

An Auto Windscreens Mobile Technician from Lynn has made it through to the final of the company’s annual ‘Clearly the Best’ competition.

Chris Boldero, who works from the service centre at St Hilary Trade Park on Hardwick Road, won through challenging regional heats.

He will compete on Thursday in Chesterfield against four other colleagues from across the country – with the winner being presented with a cheque for £3,000.

He had to give a presentation on what makes him a worthy winner, as well as undertake a tim1ed and quality assessed windscreen repair, replacement and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration.

Chris said: “Having worked for Auto Windscreens for five years, I’m proud to have got many drivers around Lynn back on the road after they’ve suffered windscreen damage.

“I just want to show what I can do and hope at the end of the day, I’ll be celebrating being ‘clearly the best’ at my job!”
