Civic leaders join thousands at Stradsett Country Show
Civic leaders were among thousands who attended this year’s Stradsett Country Show at the weekend.
Now in its fifth year, the country show, which took place at Stradsett Park, welcomed community leaders including borough mayor, Nick Daubney, and Downham mayor, David Sharman.
Guests were invited to watch motorbike and quad bike displays, and take part in a range of other activities including pony rides and petting farm animals.
An organiser said: “There were great Norfolk family events featuring petting farm animals, pony rides, artisan food stalls, cookery demonstrations and big ring events including horseback, falconry and dog events.
“This year the Bagge family have decided to come together to celebrate the show with a drinks reception for family friends and prominent community figures.”
