King's Lynn car wash offers car as raffle prize

Customers at a Lynn car wash are being offered the chance to enter a competition in which they could win a car worth £5,000.

Timbo's Hand Car Wash and Valeting Centre in Hamlin Way, Hardwick Narrows Estate, is offering a second-hand four door Renault Clio, registered in 2012, as a raffle prize.

The car wash business has been run by husband and wife team Matimba Mabuza and Noemi Rettegi for the past six years. Said Noemi: "We have often run competitions offering prizes such as meals out or a spa break, but this is our biggest prize to date.

"People can come and have a car wash, or a wash and valet and then will receive a ticket for the draw. Customers can come as often as they like and obviously the more tickets they get, the more chances they have of winning."

The prize draw is due to take place on Saturday, July 7, at 3pm at Timbo's, which has a team of four staff.

"We pride ourselves in doing a better job than some of our competition and we have a lot of returning customers," said Noemi. " We also regularly clean fleet cars for several local businesses. We always use good quality products and like to find new ones too."
