Swaffham museum organises three marketplace noticeboards for community events

Three new poster boards have been put up in a town thanks to its museum.

The three what’s on boards have been put up in Swaffham Market Place with the hopes of promoting events happening in the town.

The boards have come from Swaffham Museum thanks to funding given to them through the Tourism Industry Council.

At Wednesday’s full meeting at Swaffham Town Council, museum manager Sue Gattuso explained how the boards came about.

“These boards are for single-time events, not ones that take place every week,” she said.
