A young American concert pianist who has been making waves on both sides of the Atlantic with her moving performances is playing three concerts in Norfolk.
AnnaLotte Smith is touring the UK this summer, presenting an exciting, varied programme with music from the Baroque to the Modern.
Her local concerts include dates at King’s Lynn and Castle Acre, with another in Norwich.
At only 18 years old, AnnaLotte is already an honors student at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ, USA, about to start her third year in the studio of Ena Barton, Claudio Arrau’s teaching assistant.
She is an active recitalist performing regularly in the USA, Scotland, England and Germany. In addition to teaching and giving concert lectures, AnnaLotte has successfully competed in multiple international, regional and conservatory competitions, including the Westminster Piano Competition, the Westminster Concerto Competition, the Baden Württemberg International Piano Competition in Germany, the LISMA New York International Music Competition, New Jersey State, Westminster Conservatory, NJMTA and MEANJ competitions.
Concert dates and locations are: Saturday, July 18, 1pm at St Peter Mancroft, Norwich; Monday, July 20, 7.30pm at King’s Lynn Minster; and Sunday, July 26, 2.30pm at St James the Great Church, Castle Acre.
