Two people were rescued after being cut off on the West Norfolk coast.

A lifeboat was launched after the couple, who are in their 20s and from Cambridge, were trapped by the tide at Titchwell Marsh at around 7.15pm on Monday.

They were guided to safety by coastguard crews before the vessel arrived.

Officials have urged visitors to take care around the coast and be aware of local hazards.
