Courses in King's Lynn focus on growing and developing businesses
Businesses looking to expand will have the chance to receive expert advice on what to do next at a free two-day course in Lynn.
Growing Your Business will be held at KLIC on Tuesday and Thursday, September 25 and 27 and is a programme aimed for owners, senior managers or aspiring managers.
The programme includes practical and tutored sessions during which delegates will learn techniques to increase their ability to plan, manage and make the most of opportunities to develop effective growth.
On Tuesday, the course, led by Nwes business consultant Paul Gardner, will look at ways of identifying individual learning styles, ideas to develop growth and what to expect when change is introduced.
On Thursday topics covered include team building, communication and problem solving.
Any business within the borough of West Norfolk or Cambridgeshire is eligible to attend if they are looking to expand and/or take on more staff. It is limited to one delegate per company.
Registration for the course begins on Tuesday, September 25, at 9am with the courses running on both days from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Both days must be attended for the programme to be fully funded.
