Eight talented and unusual acts are still due to perform shows in Lynn across four Saturdays until September, starting this Saturday.
All performances are free to watch and will take place between noon and 3pm at Lynn’s Baxter’s Plain in the Vancouver Quarter to entertain crowds.
Councillor Elizabeth Nockolds, borough cabinet member for Culture, Heritage and Health, said: “We brought the Covent Garden street performers back as they proved so popular last year, and the first three performances this year have been just as good.”
This Saturday, July 23, Mr Vita and Maple Staplegun will be welcomedto the streets of Lynn.
Mr Vita is described as a “real-life cartoon” and Maple Staplegun is a hula-hoop performer who’s “escaped from her humdrum office life.”
On July, 30, Akira and George Orange will perform.
On August, 27, Reuben Dot Dot Dot and Betty Brawn The Strong Lady will grace Lynn’s Baxter’s Plain.
And the final performances on September, 3, are by Pandora Pink and Mr Spin.
These international performers span the arts of gymnastics, dance and circus.
