Oxborough craft fair at village hall is success for organiser’s sunny debut event




A craft fair took place at Oxborough Village Hall and grounds with crafters coming from far and wide to enjoy the one-day event.

Organiser Jackie Palmer-Hibbert of Amber Wood Events said: “It was a brilliant day.

“The sun came out and it was warming up for the public and they came and they came.”

Stallholders showcased quirky art, clothing and jewellery while youngsters enjoyed face-painting plus there was food and refreshments.

She added: “So much work went into the organising, but it seems so well worth it.

“This was my first craft fair and I have started organising next year with one or two in between, possibly.”
