Hunstanton crafters’ Christmas fair raises hundreds for four charities
A crafters’ fair featuring dozens of handmade goods has helped raise funds for four good causes.
The Christmas fair, held at Hunstanton Town Hall on Tuesday, gathered money for East Anglian Air Ambulance, Hunstanton RNLI, The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House at Hillington, and Hannah’s Roses for children with cancer.
Almost 500 people attended the event - with £66 raised for each charity.
There was a range of different stalls on offer including jewellery, jam and marmalade, hand-knitted clothes, handmade cards and games.
As this was the last fair of the year, the theme was Christmas to “make it feel special”.
Carol Lund, one of the crafters, said: “It was so relaxing it was unbelievable.”
The crafters’ fair, which is open every Tuesday from March through to October, has been running for four years.
