Cyclist suffered serious injuries after being involved in Beachamwell collision





A cyclist has suffered serious injuries after he collided with a van last week.

The collision happened on Beachamwell Road in Beachamwell on Wednesday, May 8 at 3pm.

A white Citroen Relay van collided with a man in his 50s on a bike - leaving him with serious injuries.

He was taken to Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital and was later transferred to Addenbrookes, where he remains.

Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision or anyone who may have relevant dashcam footage to get in touch. They are particularly keen to speak to a couple who are believed to have dashcam footage of the incident.
