WaffleOpolis to reopen in Downham Market in late November for Christmas light switch-on

A popular dessert store looks set to spread some Christmas magic when it makes a return later this month.

Downham's WaffleOpolis store closed after its final few days last week - which were rescheduled after staff were forced to shut early the previous weekend.

However, despite citing growing economic instability as the reason behind the closure, it looks set to return in some capacity in late November.

A statement from WaffleOpolis on Facebook said the Downham store "will be returning on the 26th and 27th of November for the Christmas light switch on".

Residents were urged to drop by at its Wales Court premises on those dates.
