McCarthy and Stone win top customer satisfaction rating in Home Builders Federation survey for 15th consecutive year
McCarthy and Stone, developers of Eastland Grange in Hunstanton, have been awarded a five star customer satisfaction rating in an independent survey announced by the Home Builders Federation for the 15th year running.
The only developer or housebuilder of any size or type to achieve this accolade each year since the survey launched 15 years ago, McCarthy and Stone achieved an overall customer satisfaction score of 92.8%.
Eastland Grange even received a 100 per cent customer satisfaction score from its homeowners.
The development features 55 one and two-bedroomed apartments and facilities include a homeowners’ lounge, landscaped gardens, a hotel-style guest suite and on-site bistro restaurant.
It is looked after by an estates manager and also has a 24-hour emergency call system. Tailored domestic support services can be managed according to each individual homeowner’s needs, and secure camera entry systems to all apartments are also in place.
The Five Star customer satisfaction rating is the highest award any new homes developer can achieve and is only awarded when more than nine out of ten customers would recommend a company to a friend. It is an annual survey carried out by the HBF, involving 1,180 purchasers of McCarthy & Stone’s homes in 2019.
