Disqualified driver overtook police car in King's Lynn at high speed showing no lights

A police officer en route to a night-time emergency spotted a driver overtaking at high speed with no headlights on.

It turned out that 33-year-old Vadims Milasevics – who had been spotted on Lynn’s Edward Benefer Way - was 10 months into a three-year ban for drink-driving.

When another officer was despatched to Milasevics’ address in North Star Court, North Lynn, the banned motorist was found sitting in the driver’s seat of the Vauxhall Astra.
