Sutton Bridge DJ Tim Daymond becomes first Norfolk Trusted Trader in his industry
A one-man entertainment business has become the first Norfolk mobile DJ to achieve ‘Trusted Trader’ status.
Tim Daymond, a Mobile Disco Network DJ from Sutton Bridge, has spoken of his pride after being given a prestigious accreditation awarded by Norfolk County Council Trading Standards.
The Mobile Disco Network (MDN) provides mobile disco entertainment services across the East of England.
The Norfolk Trusted Trader scheme is designed to provide residents with a safe and reliable way to access local businesses and services, while also protecting them from untrustworthy traders.
By becoming a Trusted Trader, Mr Daymond has undergone rigorous vetting and is committed to adhering to a strict code of conduct.
He said: “I am thrilled to be recognized as a Trusted Trader.
"This accreditation demonstrates my commitment to providing high-quality, professional services to my clients.
“I believe it is essential for the mobile DJ industry to have a system in place that ensures consumers can book DJs with confidence."
Mr Daymond is now calling on other professional mobile DJs across the UK to join the Trusted Trader scheme.
He said that by doing so, they can help to improve the reputation of the industry and provide greater peace of mind for consumers.
