A talk by a West Norfolk woman with help from her guide dog inspired members of a Downham club.
The Rotary Club of Downham has donated £250 to Guide Dogs for the Blind following a talk by Gill Southgate.
Gill, who lost her sight in a car accident when she was young, spoke to members about her experiences.
She also spoke about the training of guide dogs outlining how they were a vital part of their owners’ lives.
Gill also stated the ways in which her guide dogs have helped her live independently.
