Ms Andrews' family were shocked when they saw his work and took to social media to thank Mr Fisher.

The Facebook post says: "I want to thank the kind hearted gentleman that cleaned my auntie's grave stone. She died as a child and so her dad's (my grandad's) flowers are laid where she rests. Her mum and sister were blown away."

Ms Andrews said: "My elderly grandparents always cleaned it but as they got older it became harder and the weather began to take it's toll.

"When my mum visited her sister's grave after he had done it she couldn't believe the transformation and we are overwhelmed by it.

"So thank you Allan we are so grateful, such a lovely man."
