Norfolk Police appeal after driver who collided with teenage boy on scooter failed to stop




Police are on the search for a driver who collided with a teenager and failed to stop.

Norfolk officers received reports of a collision on Theatre Street, Swaffham just after midday on Monday (December 5).

The incident involved a black car and a teenage boy, who had been riding a scooter a the time and suffered minor injuries - although they did not require any treatment.

The driver of the vehicle then left the scene without providing any details, and police are now appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

Witnesses or people with dashcam footage from the area have been asked to contact PC Philip Writer on 101.

The incident took place at around 12.30pm.
