Fakenham driver refused breath test after colliding with lamppost

A Fakenham driver refused to give police an evidential breath test, saying he felt “victimised”.

Johnathan Lamb had been found asleep at home after his Suzuki had collided with a lamppost very close by, a court heard.

It happened in Great Eastern Way at about 8.30pm on April 21.
