Driver seriously injured in two-vehicle crash at Beachamwell

A driver was seriously injured in a village crash over the weekend.

Emergency services rushed to the A1122 at Beachamwell at 10am on Sunday following reports of the two-vehicle collision.

The road was closed while officers, firefighters and paramedics attended the scene.

One driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries, and the road was cleared at around 1pm.
