Driver 'spat and kicked officers' after arrest in Terrington St Clement




Police have said a man was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving before proceeding to allegedly assault officers.

A social media post by King's Lynn Police said a car was stopped in Terrington St Clement where the driver was found to be over twice the limit.

The post added: "He also assaulted officers by kicking and spitting at them."

The passenger was also arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly.
