Fiat driver taken to hospital after crash with Corsa on A149 at Holkham




A driver has been taken to hospital after a two-vehicle crash on the A149 this morning.

Emergency services were called to the road at Holkham at 11.40am to reports of the collision involving a blue Fiat and a Silver Corsa.

The driver of the Fiat was taken to Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital as a precaution, a police spokeswoman said.

Firefighters from Wells and Fakenham also responded to reports of the crash and made the scene safe, before a stop message was received at 12.19pm.

The East of England Ambulance Service said: “A cycle paramedic and an ambulance were called to the A149 near Holkham this morning following reports of a road traffic collision.

“One patient was transported to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for further assessment and care.”
