There was a rude awakening for residents in one West Norfolk village after a fire broke out during the early hours of this morning.
Emergency crews were called to an address on Woodview Road, Upper Marham, shortly before 3am today.
The Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service said units from Lynn and Swaffham attended and checked the scene as the flames had been put out before they arrived.
Earlier, crews from the Downham and Outwell stations were called to a domestic building blaze on New Bridge, Upwell.
The incident was reported just before 7.45pm last night.
