South Lynn Post Office re-opens at new address

South Lynn Post Office has re-opened today, July 5, at a new location just 40 metres from the old branch.

It is now based at Tranquility gift and crystal shop, 50 London Road.

The opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm, offering 40 hours of post office service every week.

Matthew Hatfull, Post Office Network Provision Lead said: “We know how important a post office is to residents and businesses and we are delighted to have re-opened a branch in South Lynn to restore services to the community.”

The new premises have a step at the entrance, however a bell will be provided, with signage on how to obtain assistance, if needed. Internally, there will be a hearing loop.

The same range of products and services will be available, with the addition of National Lottery.

As the new Post Office is close by customers can still use the same car parking and buses.
