Elderly motorcyclist dies following collision near Fakenham

An investigation has been launched following the death of a motorcyclist in a three-vehicle crash near Fakenham yesterday.

Police say officers were called to the B1146 at Colkirk at around 12.30pm on Wednesday, following an incident involving a red Kawasaki motorbike, a black Citroen C5 and a white Mercedes Vito van.

The rider of the Kawasaki, a man in his 70s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has any dashcam footage, to come forward.
