King’s Lynn Berry Recruitment Group employees receive awards at London Royal Yacht Club ceremony




Berry Recruitment Group’s Lynn branch employees have received awards at a ceremony in London in recognition of their hard work and achievements.

The annual conference was held at the Royal Thames Yacht Club where the Lynn team picked up an achievement of net profit budget award for exceeding their annual target.

As well as being placed in the highest growth branch category, it was also the group’s fourth most profitable branch.

Staff from the company’s 40 branches across England and Wales attended the event.

Chris Chown, managing director, who presented the award to branch manager Rachel Murphy, said: “Once again the Lynn branch have performed superbly.

“A shortage of candidates across most sectors has made recruitment difficult but Rachel’s team have excelled.

He added:“They are continuing their excellence this year and growing their reputation across Norfolk and beyond.

Lauren Kirby and Charlie Parker, from Lynn, were also presented with awards for being among the top temps billers across the group.
