Organisers of Weeting Steam Engine Rally and Country Show hold prize draw for camping experience

A steam engine rally and country show which has been coming to Weeting since 1968 will be back again in 2025.

Organisers say that the event costs “a lot of money” to put on, but aims to educate members of the public on all things about steam-driven vehicles.

They have begun efforts to raise funds for next year’s event as well as for charity.

This year, they donated to The Weeting Sxaon Football Club, Weeting Church and The Friends of Weeting School, with further donations to be made in the community.

A prize draw is taking place, giving two adults the chance to win a package including a camping pass, ride of various engines, breakfast, merchandise and more.

Anybody interested in entering the prize draw can do so online.

It closes on December 21.
