A deluge of rain did not dampen spirits at Denver Fun Day.
An estimated 1,500 people went along to the village Playing Fields on Sunday.
Visitors enjoyed a display by the performing ponies of Mr Fipps Wonder Circus along with gymnastics and tai kwondo displays.
A football tournament and live music were also some of the attractions on offer.
The event was organised to raise money for the playing field.
Chairman of the Playing Field Association Alan Thulbourne said the arrival of the rain at 1pm did not stop the fun.
He said: “Many people stayed to listen to the music in the marquee.”
