Far right party backs Liz Truss as PM
A far-right political party is backing South West Norfolk MP Liz Truss to be the new Prime Minister.
The party, which was founded in 2011 by former members of the British National Party, claims it has has thousands of members who joined the Conservative Party to help Boris Johnson win the previous leadership election.
They say these "members/infiltrators" have now been instructed to vote for Liz Truss, to "avoid a millionaire PM of immigrant origin" (Rishi Sunak).
Britain First leader Paul Golding said: "Our deliberate policy of entryism into the Conservatives allows us to influence what happens within that party.
"We are aghast at the prospect of a PM of immigrant origin and are instructing our members who are embedded within the Tories to vote en masse for Liz Truss."
Results of the leadership battle are expected to be released next Monday, September 5.
