A new foyer display at Lynn Museum will take you behind the scenes of King’s Lynn Festival.
It is the result of a collaboration between the museum and Festival officials.
Morgan Bell, teaching museum trainee, has been working with an intern from the Festival to create the display which looks at the origins of the town’s annual cultural highlight.
She said: “We have some lovely items on loan including a bust of Lady Fermoy, a Walter Dexter painting and a 1951 programme.
“This is the first of two displays and is focussed on the origins of the Festival.
“It runs until June 15 and will be followed by a display highlighting the best of the 1960s and 1970s festivals.
This year’s Festival runs from July 12-25. Visit www.kingslynnfestival.org.uk
