Today is your last chance to submit nominations for the Mayor’s Business Awards, organised in association with the Lynn News.
Over the last few weeks, dozens of West Norfolk’s best companies, staff teams and individual business people have had their names put forward for the nine award categories.
But, if you haven’t told us about the ones you think most deserve an award, you only have until 5pm tonight to do so.
The top accolade is the Mayor’s Award for Outstanding Business Achievement, which is sponsored by the borough council.
Meanwhile, a new category is the Lynn News Community Event of the Year, for which nominations will remain open until January 22.
The other categories, for which nominations close today, are:
n Apprentice/Trainee of the Year, sponsored by Roomfoss
n Customer Care, sponsored by the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce
n Contribution to the Commmunity, sponsored by Norfolk Training Services
n Independent Retailer of the Year, sponsored by Adrian Flux Insurance
n Leisure and Tourism, sponsored by the Federation of Small Businesses
n Small Growing Business, sponsored by Mapus-Smith & Lemmon
n Business Person of the Year, sponsored by Brown and Co.
Nominations can be made via our website, www.lynnnews.co.uk, by clicking on the Business Awards tab on the home page. You can also download an entry form.
Shortlisted candidates will be judged by representatives from the sponsors during December and January.
The winners will be announced at Lynn’s Corn Exchange on Friday, March 4.
