Fire crew called to child trapped in swing in West Norfolk

A fire crew from Lynn was called to the scene of a child trapped in a swing in Tilney St Lawrence yesterday evening.

Firefighters attended the incident on Magdalen Road at about 8.29pm, having been alerted at 8.08pm, and released the child from the play equipment.

A spokesman for the fire service said they were on scene until about 8.47pm.

He said it was not believed there were any medical issues following the incident.
