Five men bailed following illegal rave near Grimston

Five men who were arrested in connection with an illegal rave near a West Norfolk village at the weekend have been released while investigations continue.

Hundreds of people attended the unlicensed music event at Massingham Heath, near Grimston, which was reported to police by a member of the public on Saturday night. Around 150 vehicles were also found at the scene.

Officers spent much of the night monitoring the area before specialist units broke up the gathering yesterday afternoon and seized sound equipment.
