Fly-tipping suspect has 'strong links to Swaffham area', council says




An investigation is taking place to trace the suspect of a fly-tipping offence.

Breckland Council are trying to talk to a man with "strong links to the Swaffham area" who was caught on CCTV.

The council said the owner of a silver car was seen driving around Quarry Lane in Lyng when the offence is believed to have taken place.

Video footage has been released by the council as part of their appeal to find the man who is suspected of causing the offence.
