Nutrition in Norfolk runs spa day at Boughton with theme of healthy skin

Skin health was the focus of a spa day held at Boughton organised by nutritionist Jane Rose-Land.

The day last week at Grassmere had the theme of 'Healthy Skin Starts Within and Jane talked about the nutrients that support the health of cell membranes and what the skin's needs are as people age.

Jane said: "I demonstrated how to cook with foods that support the health of the skin – quick, easy recipes for radiant skin for ‘beauty from within’.

"I provided lots of tips and thoughts on what stops us feeling well and how to change this and and also spoke about food for skin." The recipes were all gluten and dairy free, and apart from one, were also suitable for vegans.
