A former social club has been sold for £750,000 in an auction that took place on Wednesday.

The Downham Market Club building itself measures about 534 sq/m and comprises a hall, bar one and servery, bar two and servery, store, toilets, office and store, trophy room and tea room.

Auction House East Anglia described the chance to purchase the building as a “rare opportunity” due to its prime position and being so close to a mainline train station.
