Four men accused of outraging public decency at a West Norfolk beauty spot have had their trial rescheduled for this autumn.

Mark Godfrey, 53, and Steven Hunt, 31, of Corbyn Shaw Road, Lynn, had been due to stand trial at Norwich Crown Court last month alongside their co-accused Richard Hook, 50, and Daniel Smithson, 46, both of Alma Terrace, Norwich over the claims, which they deny.

But the case was brought back to the court last Tuesday for a new trial date to be arranged.

The case is now due to be heard on October 11 and is expected to last for two or three days.

All four defendants face a single charge of outraging public decency by taking part in sexual activity at Holkham.

The alleged offence is said to have taken place on August 2 last year.

The four entered formal not guilty pleas to the allegations at a hearing in December.
